Calf Share Leases

1. You find the cattle you want to buy and settle the price with the seller

Once you are pre-approved, you can go ahead and negotiate the purchase of the heifer calves, bred heifers or cows.
We do a credit check, but how you take care of your cattle and run your operation is MUCH more important to us than your credit score
You can pick out the cattle you will lease and we will buy them.
You can also sell your own bred heifers and young cows to us and then lease them back

2. We buy the cattle and lease them to you

Typical lease term is 5 years
You can end the lease early in certain situations
Lease payment is an agreed percentage of the calf crop

3. At the end of the lease you return the cattle to us

You feed and care for the cattle during the lease
You get an agreed percentage of the calves
You control culling decisions
